Welcome to Legacy Paws Aftercare. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at legacypawsaftercare.com and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms. We've tried to keep them clear and readable — if anything is unclear, please just ask us.
Legacy Paws Aftercare provides pet end-of-life and aftercare services in the greater Phoenix, Arizona metro area, including in-home euthanasia, self surrender, private and communal cremation, and memorial keepsakes. All euthanasia procedures are performed by licensed veterinarians. We reserve the right to decline or reschedule service where conditions are unsafe, where a pet's situation requires care we cannot provide, or where required by law.
We do our best to accommodate every family's timing, including urgent same-day requests, but availability is not guaranteed. For self surrender at our facility, appointments are recommended. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please let us know as soon as you're able — we understand that circumstances around a pet's final days can change quickly, and we will always work with you compassionately.
Prices listed on our website are current as of the date shown and may change without notice; the price quoted to you when you schedule your service is the price you'll pay. Payment is due at the time of service unless we've agreed otherwise. Travel beyond our standard service area may incur an additional fee, which we'll disclose before your appointment.
Please confirm your cremation choice carefully before service is performed — once cremation has taken place, the choice cannot be changed. Unclaimed ashes from private cremations will be held for a reasonable period (at least 90 days) after we attempt to reach you; after that, we may respectfully release them.

Deciding when it's time to say goodbye is deeply personal; we encourage you to consult your veterinarian about your pet's condition and quality of life. Nothing on this site creates a veterinarian-client-patient relationship.

To the fullest extent permitted by Arizona law, Legacy Paws Aftercare's total liability arising out of or relating to our services or website will not exceed the amount you paid us for the service in question. These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised date at the top. Continued use of our website or services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
